Sustainable Sunrise Co.,Ltd.is a subsidiary of Sino-American Silicon Products Inc., and it was the world’s first manufacturer to introduce PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Contact) solar cell production in 2007. Energy is a national strategic resource, Sunrise adhering to Taiwan’s manufacturing standards, design, and highly customized services, provides customers with solar PERC/TOPCon cells that feature high-temperature, high-humidity, and high-strength reliability, achieving the highest conversion efficiency in the industry. All products are made with 100% Taiwanese craftsmanship.

In response to the continuous expansion of SAS business scale, SAS decided to reorganize its structure in the Board of Directors’ meeting held in July 2025. The solar cell and solar power plant business units were separated and transferred to Sustainable Sunrise Co.,Ltd., a 100%-owned subsidiary of SAS. This restructuring enhances the autonomy and resource utilization efficiency of the business units through specialized manufacturing and service operations, optimizing the group’s management model, increasing operational flexibility, and improving overall business performance.
